Much of the mid 1970s was spent hanging around the smooth sloping car parks of the town.



Gradually the preference shifted from concrete to the chocolate brown waves around the paper mill.

I remember the water colour as more in a rust ouvre, but it changed constantly.

Yes the waves certainly changed colour, I always used to wonder why they weren't green or blue like in the surfing magazines.
